Picture of the Day #41 is of a box of Protein Bars.
And the reason I’m sharing them is because I was terrified that they were the culprit for me not losing weight this week … turns out I did lose weight!!
Last week I discovered that I was not eating all the protein I’m allowed … so the lady suggested some protein snacks to help me get all my calories.
So, I bought a box of these … only one because I don’t do protein bars or breakfast bars…. that is until now. Even though it lists milk on the back of the box…. it doesn’t affect me …. and it’s the only thing sweet I’ve eaten in almost three weeks.
At my weigh in today, I have officially lost 12 pounds in less than three weeks.
If I continue to lose 3 pounds a week, I could be at my first goal weight by summer. That motivates me even more!!

That is awesome. Even if you don’t lose the amount you want in a week ,please keep being motivated. I am barely losing a pound a week but I keep trying. I do have to exercise and that is what’s keeping me from losing more.
