Sleepy Head

January 13, 2015 by Angie 6 Comments

Miss-Bellaa

I was walking around the house today looking for a picture to take … and I saw Miss Bella on the stairs and said “that’s exactly how I feel”.  I just want to lay down … so I snapped her picture (and then gave her a hug).

My goal is to share a picture a day  … yesterday I did a few hours of work and I managed to post a picture on Chic n Scratch ….. but not here.  Vice versa today!

I can’t believe I’m going to say this but I feel worse … if I could just find a way to sleep …. that did not cause pain.  I know the lack of sleep is probably half my battle!

I haven’t touched a stamp since last Wednesday and the only time I’ve touched my sewing machine was to sew the rows together on my daddys quilt …. less than 3o minutes of sewing …  I know that isn’t the problem.

Oh well, maybe the doctor will call tomorrow … I know she said some of the tests take a while.  I’m ready to ask for pain meds …but I really do not want to go that route unless I have no choice. I’ve also given up on drinking wine ….for fear that it was making things worse. I’ve had one glass in the last month … on New Years Eve.

Here’s another picture of Miss Bella …. in the bed with me a few days ago …. isn’t she the cutest thing ever?

See ya!

Miss Bella is soo adorable, reminds me of one of my dogs of past. He was a LassaApso & was similar in looks as Bella. (we kept his hair short)
Hope you feel better, I know how you feel. My daughter went through the same thing; went through tons of tests – and very hard to figure out what is going on.

    Hi Angie,
I’m so glad you have Miss Bella. Dogs are a wonderful support system.
Also Angie, PLEASE try not let the hurtful comments of a few weigh
heavy on your mind. They just don’t matter. You have a loyal fan base
and those are the ones that matter. The ones who support & care about
you regardless of whether or not you are making a project. And, some
Demos charge for their workshops and tutorials… I know its hard, we all
want to be liked, but we can not please everyone. Please try to focus on
the positive. Look toward the sun & all the shadows will fall behind you.

Thanks Mary! I know you are right and I should ignore the negative comments …and most of the time I do … but for some reason it really bothers me …maybe it’s because I’m not feeling well and it magnifies everything.
      Have a good night!

Doing what you need to do for yourself to feel better is the best medicine. Whether you pull out a quilt project, a stamp idea or walk around the house to take a picture of Bella. I have five little dogs and a boy Ricky that looks like Bella, The five furry four legged’s are the best positive healing there is. Don’t feel bad about not posting or making a video for us paper crafters. Like I said before you need to work on getting to the bottom of your health issues and form a treatment plan with your doctor.
