Okay…. don’t laugh but Picture of the Day #26 is of my breakfast.
It’s one real egg and 3 egg whites (the kind in the carton).
I have good news… as of about 7pm my headache let up. But I have that headache hangover for sure! Last night was so bad, I was up pretty much all night. If I wake up tomorrow without it … it will be the first morning since Monday.

My Picture of the Day #24 is of my breakfast …
It’s a hard boiled egg and a piece of Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage.
I’m not real sure I should be posting this picture, it didn’t taste too bad!
Today was day 2 of my diet and it started out okay …..but mid day it went south.
My head hurts like I may die and it’s been that way since before noon. Not to worry I’m a bit dramatic and I have ZERO pain tolerance. My sister and I googled it and I guess I’m in that Ketosis phase of the diet … I pray I wake up feeling normal tomorrow! Here I thought the hunger was going to get me … it’s nothing compared to my head!!
Before I sign off tonight I want to share a couple pictures … I went back through my iPhone … as best I could trying to find any pictures of Ventura. Who knows who was pitching on most of the pictures I took, so I’m sharing two pictures from the World Series Parade in 2015 … both pictures aren’t very good. But they are of him (may he rest in peace).
I wish I could have gotten a better picture!! Even I had to zoom in on my iPhone to make sure it was him and the #30.

Brooke made us breakfast today and that’s my Picture of the Day #20.
I just realized that I called yesterday picture of the day 20 and it should have been 19 … sorry about that!
She’s calling them egg breakfast cups … all I know is they were yummy!
She placed veggies in the bottom of the muffin pan, mixed some eggs in a bowl, poured over veggies and cooked for 30 minutes. All it needed was some salt and pepper (I told her Bacon bits would have been good too).
