Picture of the Day #20

January 20, 2017 by Angie 10 Comments

Brooke made us breakfast today and that’s my Picture of the Day #20.

I just realized that I called yesterday picture of the day 20 and it should have been 19 … sorry about that!

She’s calling them egg breakfast cups … all I know is they were yummy!

She placed veggies in the bottom of the muffin pan, mixed some eggs in a bowl,  poured over veggies and cooked for 30 minutes.  All it needed was some salt and pepper (I told her Bacon bits would have been good too).

Here’s my plate …

Thanks for all your kind words!!!! xoxo

Have a great day!

Mm mm, looks yummy. I’m going to have to try those sometime for my hubby. Shredded cheese sounds good to put on the top as well.
Hoping that your day is going better than yesterday : )
    Have a great weekend.
