Lulu Roses Quilt update

February 10, 2015 by Angie 4 Comments

LuluRosesquiltnumberedb

My picture today is an update to the Lulu Roses Quilt.

Over the past weekend I numbered my rows using the Alphabitties® Specialty Marking Tools.  Aren’t they so cute?   You can always use Post it Notes instead (my old system of marking rows).

I cut the white strips that measure 2-1/2 x 6-1/2 from a White Jelly Roll and attached them to the bottom of each 6-1/2 square.

My next step is setting the seams and ironing each square.

Quilt Label video coming soon …but it may be next week before it’s ready.

See ya!

Did you ever get your jelly roll quilted, would love to see the finished product. I’d love to make one you made it look so easy I think I can do that. Have to dust get my machine ready to go. I ordered my layer cake to do the follow along, it hasn’t gotten here yet. At least if you get started I’ll be able to catch up with your videos. Thanks so much for sharing this other talent of yours.
