Pincushion

OMG … isn’t this pincushion darling?

I LOVE buying things for my house …. so much so that I stay away from stores that carry items like this.

I’ve bought one knick knack for the new lake house and Dave had to remind me this week that….. we need furniture, bedding …. well pretty much everything since we sold our previous lake house with everything in it….  in other words lay off buying knick knacks.

Sorry about the lane swerve there ….. and back to the turtle.   I do most of my sewing in our dining room …and saying it’s an eyesore is an understatement  ….buying this darling pin cushion in my mind just cleans up the place  (I can see Dave shaking his head at my logic.)  Now if only I had a sewing machine that matched my house ….distressed, looks antique…but doesn’t operate like one.
