Quilt Top Complete

August 21, 2015 by Angie 4 Comments

Layer-Cake-Quilt-1

Another Quilt Top is complete!!

But …. I have a few things I need to tweak before I can share how I made it.

I suspected when I started sewing that I was going to run into an issue … and I did.

I think I have a fix … the only way to know is to make another and see if it works.

I thought about asking someone that’s sewn for years and years to help me  … but I’d rather just figure it out myself.
I have two different ideas on how to fix it … I’m hoping the first way does it!

Layer-Cake-Quilt2

It’s pretty much a square quilt … 72 x 73 ….. so I turned it both ways to take a picture.

See ya!

p.s. I’m trying to use my stash of fabric … I’ve found that fabric is like Designer Series Paper and you tend to hoard it.

Very pretty! Looks like it goes together quickly too, my kind of quilt!

    Hi Angie,
I don’t think you can’t go wrong with a quilt. It’s pretty much like patch work. I think what you made is pretty.
    Have a great evening.

Sorry, it should say you can’t go wrong with making a quilt. It’s pretty much like patch work.
