Picture of the Day #32 is of my dinner!
I can have veggies on my diet this week and thank goodness snow peas are the list!
I like very few non starchy veggies.
I can also have two fats a day so I used some Olive Oil to cook them (my other fat was almonds).
The random stuff you see on my plate … is some Pico de Gallo.
Tomorrow is Laura’s last day to work as my assistant …. it’s going to be super emotional for me. I HATE goodbyes … and even though we’ll remain friends … it will be different! I will truly miss her!!!
Have a goodnight!

Laura’s leaving?? How sad! I am sorry to hear it for you and us, as the communications I have had with Laura have been very kind and professional, friendly! I wish her well as she moves on in her life to other things. As you said, it will be a sad day and I wish you and she a fabulous final day together! The future is always so uncertain, but that is exciting! Who will come into your life next as your assistant? What will the future hold for Laura? All very exciting possibilities! 🙂

Hi Angie,
What diet plan are you using? The meals you have shown look very healthy. My dinners are mostly salads(which I love) and a side of veggies. I’m looking for more ideas on dishes that are low sugar and low carbs. My blood work came back and my results are terrific. Everything is in mid range or less. I just need to keep following a good healthy eating plan and daily walking. I am in a size 12 pant from a size 16. Weight loss is slowing down now so I think I have up my excercise.

Hi Lesa, I going to the Medi Weightloss Center in Leawood, Kansas. I don’t think the diet has a name but it’s high in protein. The first week was only protein and this week I could have some veggies (30 carbs a day from a provided list). My 2nd weigh in is tomorrow 🙂

Have a great day.
