This is my very first Jelly Roll Race Quilt and if you look real closely you can see I failed to remove the 18″ at the end (if you don’t remove the 18″ …. all your seams will likely be in the same spot on each row).
It’s still a beautiful quilt …. and I’m keeping it for sentimental reasons (it was my 1st) click here to read the original blog post about my Jelly Roll Race Quilt back in January.
I used the Deb Strain Cherish Nature by Moda Fabric and it was in my stash of fabric I bought years ago … (I’ve looked and can’t find it available).
Here’s a picture showing the backing fabric …
Health Update: Brooke is feeling a tad better and we hope she feels well enough to return to school tomorrow (college). I saw my doctor on Thursday and tests are scheduled for April 7th. (I updated the health page if you want all the yucky details.)
Blog Candy …. I’ll draw the winner for the Blog Candy tomorrow … click here to leave a comment to enter to win.
See ya!

Angie this is beautiful!! You have such good taste in colors–any suggestions on how to use colors-that compliment each other. I even have a hard time when I try and make cards. However I am learning from what you do–sorry to admit I am a copy cat!!!!
